Lamp Holder w/o Starter (Old Style)

Lamp holder for BI-PIN flourescent tanning lamps.  Does not have holder for starters.  Used in many Sunvision , Sunquest, Sunstar ETS tanning beds.  

In beds that also have starters it was used along with the L shaped lamp holder that can be found at the link below.
